The bedroom features a 2 Queen size beds, TV with cable, dresser and closet for your vacation attire. This condo sleeps up to 6 people with the sofa bed. The only HOA approved onsite property unit managers make sure every unit is maintained and perfect for your vacation getaway.

The Bluewater Resort is a luxurious, oceanfront condominium located directly on the sand of the southern Grand Strand in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC. The Bluewater Resort was constructed with the intention of delivering the most breathtaking oceanfront views of the majestic white sand of the coastal beachfront. The Bluewater Resort is brilliantly designed to optimize your enjoyment of the spectacular South Carolina climate.

The Bluewater Resort is best known for the amazing amount of amenities it offers compared to other oceanfront developments. The multiple pools, volleyball pool and hot tub areas are just yards away from the ocean. Want more? There are additional pools and a lazy river just across South Ocean Boulevard. A full service on site, highly rated restaurant and a seasonal tiki bar offering food and beverage services are located on the ground floor. A fully equipped, third-floor fitness center, indoor pool and sauna are available free of charge. Wi-Fi and cable are also included. The 3rd and 15th floor meeting rooms are available to rent and ideal for weddings, conventions, business meetings with on site catering.

The Bluewater Resort is within minutes of the Myrtle Beach International Airport, pier fishing at Myrtle Beach State Park, the fireworks and excitement of Broadway at the Beach, upscale restaurants, amusement parks, outlet shopping, putt-putt golf, watersports and world class golf courses. Also, the nightlife and restaurants of the Marshwalk in Murrell's Inlet or charter fishing boats in Little River are a short car ride away.

A secure multi level parking garage is located across the street with additional parking both at Villa 1 and 2 with 24 hour security for your comfort.

Just like any condo you are responsible for anything after the initial setups. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel and a small bottle of dish detergent. The linens and towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs.

Parking Passes must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. Parking passes and key cards for the parking garage are located in your unit. There are 15-minute parking spots located outside of the lobby for unloading and loading. The renter of record must be 25 years of age. No pets including emotional support animals are permitted. Bluewater units are all privately owned. A number of the homeowners are full time residents. Bluewater Resort is a non smoking/non vaping property including balconies and pool areas. Smoking is prohibited in all condos and anywhere on the property including balconies except for designated smoking areas. Read your rental agreement and check in instructions carefully for rules and regulations. All of our cleaning practices exceed CDC recommendations

Cancellation of the booking must occur 30 days prior to arrival or guest will forfeit deposit and any paid to date monies.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $500.00 is required to make a reservation. $250 is applied towards the reservation balance and 250.00 is a refundable damage deposit.

The stay was awesome and the host was very helpful with our specific dilemma. The view from the balcony was very scenic and ocean filled, but was a little cramped for four people.
