The living area has a sofa sleeper, sitting chair, entertainment area with wall mounted TV and is only steps away from the balcony. The dinette for 4 looks out at the beach. This condo is fully equipped and has upgrades throughout including LVT flooring, granite tops and upgraded cabinetry. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses and more. The bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, dresser, closet and wall mounted TV. the bathroom has update cabinets with plenty of storage and separate toilet and walk-in shower room. Enjoy ocean views from the spacious private balcony while you take a nap. We are the only HOA approved onsite property condo manager and make sure every condo is maintained and perfect for your vacation getaway. This condo sleeps 6 with the sofa sleeper. Cancellation of the booking must occur 30 days prior to arrival or guest will forfeit deposit and any paid to date monies.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $500.00 is required to make a reservation. $250 is applied towards the reservation balance and 250.00 is a refundable damage deposit.
